Break ups really suck, of course they do, but sometimes they're really really necessary. But how do we know when it's time to call it a day?  

In this episode I delve into the considerations we need to be tussling with to make sure we're making the right decision at the right time, and in so doing, trying our best to minimise the damage, to ourselves and those around us.  

Ending a relationship is never an easy thing to do but staying in a bad one to avoid the difficulty is never going to yield a good outcome for anyone involved.
