A store offered me a pop-up event and then cancelled at the last minute. They then asked me to come in again but it left a sour taste in my mouth. What would you do?

I have a customer/friend that wants a really big desk/conference table. He wants his logo in the middle of the desk. I told him the only way that I could do that is with a CNC that I don’t have. He said he would buy the CNC for me and in return I would build him an awesome desk. What’s all your thoughts on this? Thanks for your opinions.
