This week we are pleased to welcome Ben Prentiss to the Mike & Brooker show! Ben is the owner of Prentiss Hockey Performance, an incredible facility based out of Stamford, Connecticut. Over the last 20 years Ben has become a world leader in hockey strength and conditioning producing five Stanley Cup champions, NHL All-Stars, Olympians and man more. Ben has worked with players from every NHL team as well as leagues all over the world. Ben is truly a committed coach and we are grateful we managed to get some time with him.
