One of the most important questions I have discovered in my own healing. When I am feeling overwhelmed, disheveled, confused…I pause and ask, “What do I want?” It seems so simple, but literally…this question has changed my life!! When I was first asked this, like truly asked this by one of my mentors…I couldn’t even answer. I leaned into my practices, allowing for space and softness to settle in…and then slowly, over time, the answers started coming through. There’s many layers to this journey we call healing. It takes consistency and a decision to choose yourself, over and over and over again. We are all worthy of coming home to ourselves…and it begins with this question.
