Today We interview Jordan Syatt! We talk about the carnivore diet and his experience eating a big mac everyday for 30 days! We also talk about his weight loss tips, and his deadlift program!

 He was Gary V’s personal trainer. He is a Strength & Conditioning coach. He is a 5 times world record powerlifter( weight class 132 pounds- bench 265, squat 420, and deadlift 530), and most important- he's a 27th degree black belt in chugging coffee!
