Based in Dublin, Níall is a Level 3 Wim Hof Method instructor, (the highest level awarded to instructors). He is a former international athlete having played basketball for Ireland. Today, however, Níall spends his days helping others overcome stress and anxiety through scientifically proven breathing techniques & cold exposure.
