The Brewers are 3-1 since we last spoke, so we dove into the four game series that just wrapped up with the Cardinals. The biggest news of the series is that top pitching prospect Robert Gasser was called up to start on Friday and was great. One quarter of the season is over as we have hit the 40 game mark, and the Brewers have a small lead on the NL Central. We talked about the standouts through the first quarter of the season and a couple of studs in Appleton and Biloxi for our Around the Farm segment. The Random Game in Brewers History took us to 1994, where we tied it into the man who managed for the Cardinals on Sunday, Turner Ward. We wrapped up with the upcoming schedule, Beer of the Week, and some final thoughts relating to the Crew and the rest of the league.
