It was a 5-2 homestand capped by some Luis Lara heroics and a Jake Bauers walkoff single. Unfortunately, the Crew was swept in an ugly series vs the Padres to start the west coast trip. That said, we aren’t worried about it! The potential Skubal return and Dustin May all continue to be successful in our organization!

The Brewers won 70 games faster than ever in franchise history and are the first team in MLB to 70 wins! Unfortunately, they lost out on the Skubal sweepstakes to the mighty Dodgers. It was a great deadline for the Crew outside of that, but can anyone beat LA in the playoffs anyways?

It was a bit of an underwhelming week vs the Rockies and Giants, but they were able to still go 3-3 on the backs on 21 year olds Luis Lara and Cooper Pratt. Miz dialed up another magical start, and the alumni game was a hit. We dove into Skubal rumors and the deadline for the Crew!

A lot has happened in a long stretch of no off days including a doubleheader sweep of the Cardinals. Unfortunately, Brandon Woodruff’s time with the Crew may have come to a close with an injury to his shoulder. Luis Lara debuted and looked really exciting! The Brewers have handled their business so far in two series this week against the Cincinnati Reds, despite losing 2 of 3 in ugly fashion to the Cubs this weekend due to lack of hitting with RISP. The Brewers were honored all over the place again with a new top 100 prospect list. All of that, more farm talk, and a discussion on first half position player MVP!

Cooper Pratt made his MLB debut in a successful first week, Brandon Woodruff returned and was excellent against the Reds, and Jacob Misiorowski was historically good in the first of two starts that we addressed. Robert Gasser provided some nice starts as well. Andrew Fischer highlighted some of the promotions across the farm. Quinn Priester is set to undergo surgery for TOS.

The launching pads of the Colorado Rockies and Las Vegas A’s provided much more offense than expected in the 4-2 week on the road. Too many hitters shined to count, but many struggled on the mound, not including Jacob Misiorowski. Luis Lara was extended! The addition to the stadium were discussed and more!

The Brewers won a series in Houston before splitting a 4-gamer at home against the Giants. Jacob Misiorowski and Kyle Harrison were dominant again, but Miz was just edged out on the NL Pitcher of May. Jackson Chourio was scorching at the plate.
