This week Joy and Laura are talking about season 2 episode 1 “In my time of dying”. Dean is in critical condition in hospital, and Sam and John are trying to find a way to save him. John does find a way, but it comes at a price!

We discuss the meaning behind Tessa’s name and its significance, and Laura is sad she won’t see Jeffery Dean Morgan anymore. We also both come to the realisation that everyone has green eyes! We had never noticed this before. We also discuss the deal struck by John and the demon and if there are any potential loopholes, and the many cute brotherly moments in this episode.

Joy’s Easter eggs are about Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Sica Hollow, the list of magical ingredients John asks for to perform his ritual, and real life near death experiences.
