Every episode of season 2 is devoted to female voices within the game
Skye Eddy is the CEO of an amazing organization soccerparenting.com and they are doing great work across both sides of the Atlantic.

Born in 1971, the year before Title IX was passed, Skye has dedicated her professional life to the betterment of the game. One of the most important areas of the game for any aspiring player or coach is how we involve and engage with parents. We were delighted to learn traditional attitudes toward parental involvement are changing and Skye is honest enough to say there is nothing even she can do for "the crazy soccer parent" in denial of their own behaviors. Listen, learn and relish in a discussion that will enlighten and engage, while educating and uplifting the coach / parent relationship. A great listen for all us parents out there and for coaches. Skye isn't just an advocate for better parental involvement in the youth game, she has done it all as a player and a coach and spending an hour with her will be the best thing you do for yourself this week.
