You may have heard of the famous french writer Charles Perrault - he made many fairy tales famous (Sleeping Beauty, Beauty & the Beast, Blue Beard, Cinderella) but he wasn't the only one.

A lady called Marie-Catherine D'Aulnoy also wrote dow some fabulous French fairy tales - and this is one of Emily's favourites!
