Mortgage interest rates spiked this week on inflation reports.  Spending trillions more than you collect has consequences.  The left claims that California is the jewel of freedom and democracy.  The California Attorney General Rob Bonta sues Hunting Beach for passing an initiative requiring voter id and cameras on ballot drop boxes as well as school districts that allow parental notification of sex changes by their children.  Bonta has filed a lawsuit to keep a proposition off the ballot that would reinstitute the Proposition 13 requirement of a 2/3 majority to raise taxes.  So much for Democracy.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right side of Real Estate.
