What emotions do you tend to suppress? Anger? Sadness? That weird urge to punch a pillow while watching a rom-com? Take a moment to sit with your emotions today—yes, even the ugly ones. What do they want to tell you?
Healing Activity:
Let’s get physical with our feelings. Punch a pillow. Scream into the void (or your bedroom). Maybe even get creative and make a “rage playlist” full of songs that let you unleash your inner wild beast. Afterward, treat yourself to something nurturing, like a hot bath or binge-watching your favorite comfort show.
