On this episode of American Real, Roger asks Dr. Scarpati about the bookwriting process. "I never thought in my entire life I would ever be an author," Dr. Scarpati says. "That wasn't in my mindset, but Covid happened. When Covid happened, obviously I had a lot of free time, and I'm the type of person that loves to keep busy, oves to keep my mind going and loves to be achieving goals along the way. Well, when Covid happened I had more free time than I've ever had as an adult that I can even remember. So I said to myself, 'you know, maybe I can write a book to help people,' and that was really the motivation is to help to share what I've learned. So people could, you know, help themselves."
