DD Palmer created chiropractic to be a drugless healing art. There are some in the profession who want to introduce the ability to prescribe pharmaceuticals. There is nothing wrong with the judicious use of prescription medication, but that is not how chiropractic was founded. There is already an entire profession that does this.
