Day 9: The "I’m So Weird" Moment
Prompt:
Write about a moment when you felt you were "too much" or "too weird." What part of you felt uncomfortable? What makes you feel like you're outside the norm? How can you celebrate that part of yourself instead of shying away from it?
Healing Activity:
Create a “Weirdness Crown” out of things that make you feel like your authentic self (think odd trinkets, quirky jewelry, or even random items around the house). Wear it around the house today as a reminder that your weirdness is a treasure, not a flaw. If you want to take it up a notch, wear it outside and own your quirks proudly!
