Spring time here in the southern hemisphere and back to school in the northern, so we are about to be inundated with detoxes, cleanses, potions, pills and diets to have us feeling younger, skinnier and "cleaner"!

So do we need a radical detox?

The short answer is NO. BUT (hehe I feel I throw in a BUT every week) mindfully cutting back on toxins and overindulging in alcohol and comfort foods can support the physical, mental and emotional (and hormonal!) imbalances from an unhealthy lifestyle.

Now our body is designed to be in a constant state of detoxification and it does this naturally - through our colon, lungs, kidneys, liver and skin…but if we are feeling a little sluggish and heavy there are a lot of simple steps we can take to give it a helping hand!

In today's episode we have a look at simple steps you can take to choose to eat and consume everything in your life well. Including what you eat, listen to, speak and read.
