This week Dan and James discuss the last months news including their own racing, before a feature interview with Paul Tierney, who has just broken the record for running all 214 Wainwrights in the Lake District over a period of just over 6 days. Paul has a background as Lakeland 100 winner, two time TDG finisher and running for the Irish National Team amongst many other accomplishments. We find out just how huge of an effort the Wainwrights journey was.
