Trump actually followed through on his threat to violently quell protests and override governors; however, instead of using the military he’s deployed DHS and ICE agents to protests in Seattle, D.C. and Portland, Oregon under the guise of defending statues. Federal agents have remained in Portland in spite of Governor Kate Brown’s objections. We’ll talk about this fascistic escalation.
