This week we talked to the co-founders of McClintock Distilling, Braeden Bumpers and Tyler Hegamyer. They first appeared on UnCapped on 5/8/17 so we decided to revisit the story of how McClintock came to be and were the name came from. We also discussed the various legal definitions on different spirits and distilling in general. Finally we discussed some upcoming spirit releases they have including out collaboration with them, a coffee infused liqueur sweetened with honey that will be released on Saturday 11/27.
