Day 11: The "Why Am I So Hard On Myself?" Query
Prompt:
Think of the last time you were hard on yourself. What were you telling yourself? Could you imagine saying the same thing to your best friend? Write down that dialogue. Now, rewrite it with compassion. What would you say to your friend if they were feeling the same way?
Healing Activity:
Create a "Self-Love Playlist" of songs that make you feel soft, strong, and loving. Anytime you start being hard on yourself, press play. Let these songs remind you that you're your own best friend.
