Ever feel like a total imposter? Like, "How did I get here? Someone's going to figure out I don’t belong!" Write down those thoughts. Why do you think you feel this way? How could you reframe those beliefs into a fun story of how awesome you really are?
Healing Activity:
Get a piece of paper and write "I AM ENOUGH" in big, bold letters. Hang it somewhere you can see. Every time you doubt yourself, look at that sign and let yourself laugh at the idea of being an imposter when you’re clearly a total rock star.
