Day 18: The "Fear of Change" Paradox
Prompt:
Write about a time you resisted change because it scared you. What were you afraid would happen? How could you make peace with change, even if it’s uncomfortable?
Healing Activity:
Create a “Change Affirmation” card that you can carry with you. Write something like, “I welcome change because it means I’m growing!” Pull it out anytime you feel resistant to change and repeat it like a mantra.
