This week, I spoke with my friend Trey Simmons about the art of Aqua-Scaping. I was intrigued by seeing one of his amazing aquariums that had plants growing out of the top and out into the room like a living garden. It led to a long discussion around aqua-scaping. Trey is a veteran firefighter and has been practicing mindfulness through aqua-scaping for a few years now. It's a fascinating discussion around life, PTS, and discovering an art that brings peace.
