Ingredients

7 TBSP butter

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups Pancake Mix

3/4 cup chocolate chips

3/4 cup butterscotch chips

1/4 cup white sugar

1 big egg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla, then beat together. Add pancake mix, chocolate and butterscotch chips, mix thoroughly. Put scoops of dough (about 1 TBSP) on a tray, put the tray in the oven, close the oven door, set a timer for 15 minutes, wait until the timer goes off, open the oven door, grab a hot pad (so you don't burn yourself,) take the tray out of the oven, wait until the cookies are as cold as you want them to be (to lower below room temperature, place cookies in refrigerator or freezer,) eat the cookies, etc.
