Introducing children to breathing strategies can help them cope with stressful times. The use of mantras or positive self-talk can build self-esteem and resilience. Lastly, yoga helps us build connections with others, which results in feelings of support and strength, especially during challenging times. We have experienced this in our own lives and love sharing these strategies with our clients and fellow professionals.
