We have talked about this subject before and the importance of putting things in place to help YOU through your grief. Check out Episode 8: Healthy Habits if you haven’t listened to it. What all of this boils down to is that with grief, you have to be willing to help yourself. When going through your loss, you will need to figure out ways that you can help yourself. Listen in to get ideas of things that you can do to help yourself through grief. We can’t tell you exactly what will help you but we can tell you that you have no choice but to figure it out so you don't stay stuck in your grief.
