Here's another discussion on ScaleUp radio that left me feeling really inspired and I'm sure that it will do for you as well. 

So today I interviewed Sam Spoors, who is the Founder and Managing Director of Talentheads. They serve as an internal recruitment team for growing businesses, and we have a great discussion around recruitment, all of the things we need to be thinking about now in recruitment, how things have changed and some of Sam’s thoughts around the recruitment side of things. 

But we had much more of a discussion than just around recruitment.  

We talk about the whole of her ScaleUp journey, you'll really hear the passion and drive that come through from Sam.  How she's organising her business to make sure that the culture remains strong as she grows her team, which is now twelve p eople,.

She founded the business in the beginning of lockdown, so she got that far in a relatively short period of time. And I think when you listen to Sam, you'll understand how she's managed to do that. So some really strong insights and I love Sam's answer when I asked her what legacy she wants to leave.
