When was the last time you thought “I’m not enough”? What were you measuring yourself against? What would it look like if you realized you are enough, right here, right now?
Healing Activity:
Write a letter to yourself from the future, saying how proud you are of who you’ve become and all the things you’ve already achieved. Keep it as a reminder that you’re always enough.
