I dag snakker Per og Henrik om Sverre Parelius Riisnæs (1897-1988) som var «justisminister» under Vidkun Quislings (1887-1945) «regering». Vi får høre om både hvorfor og hvordan Sverre Riisnæs ble en del av Nasjonal Samling (NS) og Vidkuns Quislings støtteaperat under 2. verdenskrig samt hva som skjedde med han etter 2. verdenskrig.  I dag er det duket for 4. og 5. bud i Lex Henrik og NRK-hjørnet. Today, Per and Henrik discuss Sverre Parelius Riisnæs (1897-1988), who was "minister of justice" during Vidkun Quisling's (1887-1945) "government".
