This week we headed out to the Guinness Open Gate Brewery to talk to Sean Brennan (Head Brewer), Ryan Wagner (Guinness Ambassador), and Todd Perkins (Brewer). We talked about their Belgian Wit Bier which will be their newest regionally available beer, them celebrating their 1 millionth customer at the brewery, and their St. Patrick's Day celebrations. We also discussed the taproom they will be opening in Chicago as well as a few other new beers.
