Prompt:
Think about something you’ve been procrastinating on. What’s the real reason you’re avoiding it? Is there fear, uncertainty, or something deeper at play? Can you approach it with curiosity instead of dread?
Healing Activity:
Set a timer for 10 minutes and dive into one small part of the task you’ve been avoiding. See if you can make it fun or silly in some way. Celebrate when the timer goes off, even if you’ve only done a tiny piece.
