King Newsom signed legislation last week controlling how the remaining refineries in California operate.  Phillips 66 immediately announced the closing of their Southern California refinery in 2025 which produces 8% of our dwindling supply of gasoline.  Newsom said it is time to stop Big Oil from "screwing" the public.  I will be doing a special podcast on the Propositions on the November ballot this week.  It is time to stop feeding the pig.  We are taxed enough already.  Stop approving new Bonds.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
