Dear Ones,Here we are at last with the 27th Episode of our Tsu-calm-i podcast, where we talk about how to stay calm in the midst of life's tsunami - a.k.a. the unexpected, the uncontrollable factors of life - at first sight at least. In this episode, we chose the topic, how to deliberately respond in a situation, rather than automatically reacting to it. But really, we talk about everything (else), among them is how to be peaceful on a daily basis, how to provide ourselves the care and love (and forgiveness) we need, and how important it is to make time to get to know ourselves..which all make up, into how can we make that we deliberately respond - because peacefulness, and untroubledness are needed to be able to step out of our old conditioned reactions. What a journey...we suppose we are all on it...
