Dear Ones,

We are back with our Tsu-calm-i podcast! Have someone told you already, „I believe in you”? Donna was watching a touching video, and it got us thinking about this…”I believe in you” is such an encouragement – when it comes from the right person, the right way, and the right time…we also talk about discouragement in our world and some of the causes, of which one is social media. Social media can be a wonderful thing in one hand, but it has dehumanizing effects, and we elaborate on those in this video. We talk about the importance of truly connecting. And where words are not even needed. We are glad if you spend this time with us, and can take something valuable further within your heart.

Dear Ones, for the 25th episode of our podcast we chose an interesting topic - How to talk to each other? We noticed that our conversations with each other could be much more deeper, and thus we could create more fulfilling connections..As per usual, we come unstructured, including every viewpoint of us that may come up around the topic.In the first part of the episode, we talk about our experiences with the problem, and the second part we come up with some solutions, like:

- thinking before speaking, and connecting before thinking

- paying attention to our sensitive side, and how that is affected in our connections

- opening up and listening

- remembering, that everyone's got their own story which we might not know

- and finally, the Compassion Exercise, which is done in hungarian this time
