17 days after the election and California is still counting votes.  Why would that lead anybody to distrust our election integrity.  California passed 30 billion in new borrowing/bonds on a state wide level, not counting all of the local bond measures.  We still have the worst roads and schools in the nation.  It is not about money.  Interest rates remain in mid 6% level and housing sales continue to limp along.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
