Curtis and I have a lively conversation about the student film community here in Chico and what led him to the unique, collaborative craft of filmmaking. Curtis Bell is the President of the Butte Film Institute, and is dedicated to building the local film community and empowering filmmakers. He is leading the organization of the Butte Film Festival, which will be held this year on Dec 6th-8th at the State Theatre, in Oroville!
