Structured Hiring Process:
o  Candidates feed in through your recruiting &
marketing efforts
o  Create a Scorecard – What are the essential KSA’s
needed?
§ What should be included here?
o  Create a Hiring Board – Team involved in the
decision making process for each role.
o  Schedule and Interview Candidates: How many?
o  Submit Scorecard – Digital Tally: What score is
a NO and what is a YES?
o  Have a standing roundup with stakeholders/graders:
This should primarily confirm the gradecard and determine: Start Date, Compensation,
Career Path, Training.
o  Offer or Provide feedback: Be direct, honest,
and thorough.
o  Background Check
o  Onboard
o  Check in // Progress Report // 30-60-90 –
Annual.
