Hey everyone! So glad you stop by for my 28th episode, just two more till the big 30, can't believe i've done so many episodes and I'm really grateful for all my listeners staying tune! This week's episode is very different from quite alot of my previous episodes, we dive deep into the spiritual and that is our feminine and masculine energy. Just wanted to reiterate that regardless of your gender or sexual orientation, in this context everyone has both feminine and masculine energy within them and it is something we can all explore within ourselves.
