On this episode, I bring to light why it seems so difficult to be authentic. The reality is, most of us were never taught how to be authentic. We were taught how to fall in line, how to make other people happy, or how to fit in with others. Stepping into who we really are is one of the greatest acts of courage. And honestly, we aren't really living if we are not living in our truth.
