October is Australia's Mental Health Awareness Month.  I do hope you're all ok.  Some links for my top four countries that listen to my little pod:

In Australia: https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/mental-health-helplines. This is a blanket site that will point you in the right direction. 

In the UK: https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/

In Germany: https://www.dzpg.org/ - it automatically changed to En for me, which was lovely!

In the USA: https://www.nami.org/ (you do have to confirm you're human with this one,..)

This episode is about spring, a few jobs we need to start with, including pruning and weeding.  And then we talk about irrigation systems.  There aren't many links to this one because it is all out of my noggin —my experience and expertise.
