Ed and Al make their way to Fort Briggs, but not before being surrounded by soldiers in a snowstorm. They meet Major General Olivier Armstrong and her subordinates, and learn more about the strict code of conduct at the fort.  

May and Marcoh recover Scar’s brother’s notes. Kimblee and Scar meet again in an epic battle.
