Episode 29 - I want to start saying NO - but what do I begin with?

One of the questions I often get asked is “What are the easiest things to start saying no to?”

Let’s face it - when you start saying NO to others … it’s highly likely that your NO will create some resistance or back lash - this new behaviour is not the norm and you will unintentionally ruffle some feathers.

So, to build your NO muscle and practice saying NO, I like to recommend that you start by saying NO to the easy things, things that won't have a big impact on others. Things that if you say NO to them, then the only person it will have an effect on, is yourself.

In today's episode I'll be sharing 15 of the easiest things to start saying NO to, that won't ruffle the feathers of family and friends!
