Three seemingly unrelated events have shaped the theme and content of this week’s Change Well podcast.
The first was a small group discussion I led, coincidentally on the same topic we're exploring today. The second was the inclusion of one of my favorite poems, which I often listen to on the podcast “The Daily Poem by Goldberry Studio. Lastly, I missed recording my podcast for the first time last week because I neglected to follow some of the suggestions in this podcast.
How are these events all connected? They all revolve around the concept of Boundaries when to establish them, and when to dismantle them for the sake of wellness.
