Today we are giving "thanks" as we journey through another fabulous French feast in honor of the employees of an East Hampton boutique, Calypso. On the menu is Provençal vegetable soup, a picture perfect seafood platter, and homemade madeleines(mandolins)for dessert. This episode is nothing sort of "superbe!"
