You've heard of Christmas in July, but have you heard of Thanksgiving in February? This week we are traveling back to November of 2023 for the release of a never-posted Thanksgiving episode! On the menu is roasted turkey, a vegetable tian, thyme popovers, and crème brûlée.

Ina announced her upcoming memoir most surreptitiously via Instagram yesterday and the world will never be the same.

Ina's friends are coming over this weekend for brunch and there's no WAY she's going to make the mistake of having another omelet party again, yikes! The theme is 'make it ahead' as she whips up a batch of scones with homemade raspberry butter, homemade granola, orange yogurt, and a stunning potato and basil frittata.

Thanksgiving is coming early this year and thankfully Ina is giving us a foolproof plan to hosting a successful Thanksgiving dinner! Ina turns the volume up by serving an herb roasted turkey breast, gravy with a splash of brandy, along with celery root and apple puree. The guests are bringing the pies and Ina sprinkles Thanksgiving tips throughout the entire episode. This is going to be FUN!

Halloween might be over, but we're talking all things chocolate this week on the The Good Vanilla! Ina has friend and chocolatier Brigitte Brownie at the Garten household to help Ina make chocolate cornucopias filled with rum raisin truffles and chocolate dipped apricots. Then Ina is turning up the volume with Mexican hot chocolate with her best pal and hot chocolate aficionado, Frank Newbold. Then its "Ask Ina" time as she gives us some tips and best practices for cooking and baking with chocolate.

Nick is back for the 100th episode of The Good Vanilla! He shares the details of his hiatus and a FABULOUS trip to Palm Springs/ Los Angeles. Speaking of L.A., Ina is whipping up a three course meal for her two foodie L.A. friends Billy and Barbara. She starts with pomegranate cosmos paired with fingerling potatoes and a delicious garlicky aioli. For the main course, its TWO blue cheese souffles (yuck) followed by a scrumptions fall dessert in the form of spiced apple turnovers. Happy 100 episodes!
