In this episode, we are chatting with Dr Becky Black who has worked as a teacher and school counsellor working with children and young adults to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Becky recently completed a PhD at Melbourne University's Center for Wellbeing Science, where her research project focused on wellbeing and the personality trait of sensory processing sensitivity.

Becky is currently a teaching and learning specialist at the Center for Wellbeing Science where she coordinates the my wellbeing planner program.
