This week I sit down with Tricia Duffy. Creator, teacher, writer, singer and host of her own podcast "in ten years time". Tricia found me in this instance and we decided to sit down and talk many topic but notably the impact of the creative process on mental state and its value to cognitive health.
Tricia like myself involves herself in many things and in doing so is completing a PHD on the topic of creative practice and how it can be a benefit to your physical well being in many way which are often overlooked. We share that view of how to tackle a society built for money is often as well to simply create accessible opportunities so it was great to sit down and get to know her and her passions and discuss just how one practice folds into another.

If you'd like to support at all there is a patreon and I have the goal of finding 38 members by the end of the year to make the show fully funded in terms of the running costs! It's only $1 or £1 depending on your location and means this can be a truly not for profit creation!
Thanks for your time and Hope you have a great year
