Nobody is safe when the California Legislature is back in session.  They are considering a fee per mile driven for all vehicles in California, rent controls on single family housing, raising the payroll tax rate for business and ending proposition 13.  Bills rejected include making it easier to evict squatters.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.
