This week, we had the opportunity to speak with Vikki, a masters graduate working through the rotations at Air Canada as part of their Management Trainee New Graduate Rotational Program. Vikki didn't always know where she was headed with her education and experience. She was not afraid to change directions when it served her, ultimately leading her to a path of success and fulfillment.
